When applications come in, they come to you and your in house Analyst Partner. The Analyst reviews the request and determines which program(s) best fit the church. The two of you consult on the loan and the best course of action is determined from there. In the beginning the Analyst will call the customer with you on the phone so you learn about the products and the process flow. As you become more comfortable with the inner workings of your new company you may want to contact the Church on your own but your partner will always be ready for you when needed. You will primarily work with one analyst on your loans however you may have a specialized loan (Foreclosure, Spanish speaking, Korean Speaking) that requires the help of another analyst; this is available to you as needed.
